I contacted 20 roofing companies and received 12 proposals before choosing About It All Roofing. Their price was very reasonable, their terms were fair, they were flexible during negotiations, and their excellent online reputation gave me confidence in moving forward with them.From the moment I awarded Tony the project, he was consistently available whenever I had questions or concerns. He gave me his direct phone number and responded to calls and text messages usually within 30 minutes, often much faster. Even during the busy summer roofing season, he was able to schedule my project within approximately three weeks. He also confirmed that the crew working on my home would consist of his own employees rather than subcontractors.Tony was patient, reasonable, and willing to explain the work using his decades of roofing experience. I never felt like I was dealing with someone who simply wanted to collect payment and move on. He genuinely cared about my concerns, answered my questions, and made me feel that my home and satisfaction mattered.The project stayed on schedule. Roof underlayment peel and stick was delivered Monday, tear-off began Tuesday, and the old roof was removed and dried in before mid-afternoon. The shingles were delivered on Wednesday. Install was completed Thursday, followed by the final inspection and permit closure. Everything was wrapped up before approximately 1:00 p.m.I also want to recognize Gary Wiggam, who supervised the project, and Julio, the lead foreman. Both were knowledgeable, communicative, professional, and willing to review anything that concerned me. During the project, I noticed a sheet of plywood that appeared damaged from inside the attic. The crew inspected and tested it and did not believe it was rotten or rain-damaged, but they still respected my preference and replaced it at no additional cost. They repeatedly told me that they do not cut corners and do not want to leave customers unhappy, and their actions supported that statement.A small crack was also discovered in a truss during the installation. Although it was not a major structural issue, it concerned me, and they addressed it by properly sistering the truss. Having worked in construction, I understand that no project is completely free from unexpected issues. What matters is how a contractor handles them, and About It All Roofing handled every concern exceptionally well.They were also comfortable allowing me to observe and inspect the work throughout the day. I never felt pressured to stay away or discouraged from asking questions. The crew remained focused, efficient, and professional.Cleanup was another major positive. They placed the debris into the dumpster and made several passes with magnets to collect nails and metal fragments. I have five young children, so this was extremely important to me. I previously experienced a roof replacement where nails continued to be found around the property for years. After carefully checking around my home following this project, I found very little debris left behind. I sincerely appreciate the care they showed toward my property and my family’s safety.The completed roof looks beautiful both up close and from the street. They installed quality Owens Corning Duration shingles and peel-and-stick underlayment at a very competitive price. They were also honest about services they do not specialize in, such as gutters, and referred me to qualified gutter professionals rather than trying to perform work outside their area of expertise.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the quality, speed, communication, professionalism, and personal attention I received from Tony, Gary, Julio, and the entire About It All Roofing team. They stood behind their work, addressed my concerns without argument, and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the finished product. I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing contractor.

Had the pleasure of having Tony and his gentleman redo my mom’s roof. We did a quote with another company prior to learning of About it all. From the quote/consultation to finish we knew we made the correct decision to do business with About it all.
