When I became eligible for Medicare to say that I had a mob of calls, mailings, and emails from companies regarding the process, that would be an understatement. I hate the fact that I have to put my personal information into a system just to get information. I have all of my faculties and I can read. But I must say, after I did my eenie, meenie, minee, moe motion, and chose HUY HUANG From Aetna, I was grateful. He was very professional, personable, and more importantly, patient. I am a Virgo, l need details, and it needs to make sense. All of my questions were answered, and he followed up to make sure I received the paperwork and there is a lot. He was available for a couple of more questions that I had and I just received a call asking if I received my medical cards from Aetna. The cherry on top is I donât have to wait on hold 15/20 minutes to speak to another representative just repeat my life story; he is my personal assistant, if I may for this journey until for whatever reason heâs not.We can say, yes, but thatâs their job! But how many times have you dealt with companies whose employees who donât do their job? How many times have you been left in the âqueueâ only to be left in the âqueueâ? Or what about leaving your callback number and you never get called back! As a veteran when something else has to be added to the pot you need to make sure that itâs not going to interfere with what you already have in place. His calm demeanor put me at ease. I appreciate him; you will also.
