Dan came and sorted a gas fire we hadn’t had on for a few years & also connected a Hive Heating system. He rang beforehand to say he was on his way, he did an absolutely brilliant job, the fire is working brilliantly now and he connected the HIVE we had just purchased from B & Q only to find this was a returned product which had already been registered to someone else and the batteries left in which had leaked out, had to return and get one elsewhere as they didn’t have anymore in stock. Daniel and Charlie were outstanding. Booked an emergency boiler replacement through Boxt. They came out on 30th December and got straight to work. They looked after the house and their surroundings accordingly and carefully removed the old boiler from a tricky space in our loft. After that was done, they installed the new boiler I had purchased and fitted it to the same spot as requested. During their work, Daniel was also very honest with me about previous work and solutions which had also resulted in a seriously cracked ridge tile on the roof. Thanks to these two gentlemen, we have working radiators, a new boiler and a mended roof (other contractor) just before a fresh winter storm had hit. Daniel and Charlie were both very professional and helpful throughout their stay. They explained what they were doing and we went from an old, mechanical and corroded boiler to a new proper one.
