Went to Shari's Tea tasting this past weekend and had a blast. Shari is very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about all different kinds of teas and the proper way to brew them (temperature and time). During the tea tasting part, we got to try 4 great teas that were all distinctive and different from each other. After the tea tasting, we all got to make 2 different tea blends to our liking with the amazing expert guidance by Shari. I can't wait to have time at home to taste my custom tea blends I made and will very lucky go back again for another class.

Tea tasting and custom tea blend creations was such a lovely experience, even better with friends and the wonderful instructor Shari. Informative and fun - each tasting gives you a refreshing take of the different types of tea and flavor profiles. Concluding the class with a personal build of tea blends really puts it together and brings out the creative, experimental spirit and passion Shari shares. Try the pomegranate oolong :)
