Great and fast service. My only suggestion would be to use the painting tape. The workers work hard, but definitely did more than they needed. LAP did a small portion of our home where the hot water heater fell in. Only the entrance and pantry was truly damaged and the floor of one bedroom where carpet and floor boards needed to be replaced. However the crew ended up painting literally half of the house. The ceiling needed to be repainted only due to where the heater fell in. But due to not having tape, they ended up repainting the walls in the living room and even a bedroom, since the white from the ceiling got on the walls. Then due to not having tape again to cover the ceiling there is brown paint from the wall on select portion so the ceilings, over the hanging used for our wall art, outlets, tv mount, the blinds, windows, and a few shelves. The pantry ceiling had to be restored and painted, but due to no tape, the brown must’ve gotten on the wall. And due to all the shelves installed, I guess they didn’t want to repaint that as well, so they corrected it with white paint but the pantry walls are like a creamy off white, so now it has a white border, which is pictured. And since the painting hooks and nails were painted over, once dried they do not want to come out and those that did? Left chipped paint. But just that difference in using the paint tape would’ve saved them tons of paint and work and maybe a day or two since the entire home did not flood and only the entrance. But overall it’s a nice company, would highly recommend, just slow down and be precise to work smarter not harder, to prevent double/triple work.

Great experience with LAP services! From mitigation to rebuild, Eddie, James, (group of guys working with them) and Shanae were amazing. Process was communicated entirely and the entire process was completed in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend! 10/10
