Other cashiers and the previous manager were always accommodating and professional. If I had made my purchase, left, and returned later or the next day, would they have stopped me based on facial recognition? The inconsistency in policy enforcement suggests a major lack of managerial competence.This is the same thing as if I were working at a Walmart store and a customer told me, “This is my husband, my relative, or something else.” As an employee, can I even say that to them? How is this even possible? This just cannot happen, like WTF? And here, the so-called manager even told me this.After a prolonged and unnecessary debate, the manager finally instructed the cashier to proceed with the transaction. However, by then, the entire experience had left a very negative impression. The cashier, instead of being apologetic, told me to “calm down”, which was completely inappropriate given the situation. It was not about just purchasing the oil; it was about the way the situation was handled—with unnecessary resistance, lack of common sense, and an unprofessional attitude.A store of World Food Warehouse’s reputation should prioritize customer respect, professionalism, and logical policy enforcement. The place is real huge. 2 to 3 warehouses combined. Owned by Arabs but catering to ME, SA, NA and all others muslims. However, the layout of the store is not organized. Product prices are unmarked. You can find halal meat here as well as certain meat products you won't find at your local grocery stores such as kidneys or chicken heart, goat meat, lamb meat, liver and tongue. Meat is always fresh there. I really like their cooked food selection. There's a great selection of items from middle east and Asia. The aisles are a bit narrowed so the best time to visit the store is before rush hour ... More

Went to there today to get some meat but obviously if you ask them to give you fresh from inside butchery and not take it from rack they charge you a dollar extra per pound for exactly the same meat😞😞... More
