would like to discuss the service I received today and the disrespect that I encountered from your employees at the shop. first let me start off by saying that I wanted an oil change and asked for pure synthetic oil. Bryan and his associates told me that they put a mixed blend in my car and that it would not start. then proceeded to push my car and told me that they would not give it a jump because of a lose wire, when I took my vehicle in it was nothing wrong with it accept and oil change. the employees started disrespecting me by calling me racist names hint my skin color is black. and proceeded to say F me I am upset by this interaction with this company and the employees. I also asked to speak with the owner and Bryan said that he was the owner i then ask to speak to some one over him and was denied. this is unfair after I paid my hard earned money. After all of this interaction my car was still not complete my oil light still told me that I had 14 miles to repair also the sticker was never changed to even let me know when my next one is due and that is unacceptable and need to be rectified. I want to take a few minutes to let everyone know how great this place is! I'm a loyal person and have had the same mechanic for a very, very, long time. I recently bought a different car and decided to use synthetic oil in it to make sure I get the most out of my beauty. My car was at 4500k miles since last oil change, I was going on a far road trip and I wanted to get my oil changed. My regular mechanic was too busy and blew me off without giving me an appt. I saw an suggestion from FB about Quick Change and decided to stop in. Walter told me that there wasn't a need to get an oil change until about 7K miles or the oil indicator was down to 10%, whichever came first. Then proceeded to pull my car in and looked at the oil. He said "see it is still clear but you could use a little more." He proceeded to top off my oil, my washer fluid, the air in my tires and checked my transmission fluid for FREE. Told me to be on my way and have a fun trip knowing my car was good to go. My regular mechanic charges $60 plus tax for synthetic, Walter said they charge $45.99 plus tax, everyday and that I was paying too much! I sure was, in many different ways. To top it off, as I was leaving, a lady stopped in to check her AC that wasn't working. Walter told her that 90% of AC issues were because freon was low. Their service was $29.00 and that if the compressor didn't kick on while he was filling he would stop and it would cost her nothing. She was amazed because someone else told her she needed hundreds of dollars worth of work done to get AC. After vacation, we took my partner's car in and $29.00 and 5 minutes later we were off with AC. Stand-up integrity and customer service. Two of my favorite things. Walter just won me over. He could've taken my money but he didn't, he took a minute to educate me. I only wish they could provide total service for all of our cars. Top notch, they've earned my hard earned $!
