I highly recommend Rick Casady. He goes above and beyond. He did not just negotiate but he advocated for my best interests. He was not just my broker; but a partner in this journey. Because of his experience flipping and rehabbing properties, he was able to advice me on the possibilities of my new home.

I highly recommend Rick Casady as your real estate agent with great working knowledge of the market with an eye toward investments. He was instrumental in helping me decide on my current property. He focuses on the details ie, quality of roof, integrity of the foundation, quality of schools and community. He is honest, straightforward, and very knowledgeable.
