Built Trust completed a small barn/ farm building conversion for me. I liked how the team were on time everyday. I can’t stand people who are late. They were courteous to my neighbours even though my neighbours are unbearable at times! Completed to a high standard and on time. I had a small issue with plastering which was rectified promptly. Jason was always accountable for the team. I will use Jason and the team again when the next project comes up. Great service all round.

Built Trust fitted a new floor and kitchen for us in Stevenage, and honestly it was one of the smoother experiences we've had. Jason and his team always showed up when they said they would, which if you've ever had tradespeople in, you'll know isn't something you can take for granted.Charlie handled the kitchen and did a really nice job. Jason kept us updated throughout without us having to chase continuously, usually coming back to us within a day. He gave us dates and stuck to them, every time.The bit that stuck with me most, though, was after we'd paid up. A lot of contractors go quiet at that point. Jason didn't, he stayed in touch, we flagged something that needed a small tweak, booked a date to come back and sort it, and then actually showed up. That kind of follow-through says a lot about how he runs his business.Would recommend without hesitation.

Jason provided an excellent service. He was prompt, efficient & his communication was great. Everything was done on time & to the agreed price. The job was to change a double garage with two doors to a wider single door opening. This involved replacing the existing wooden lintel with an RSJ, plus changing all facias & guttering at the front of the garage. A great job. Jason was ably assisted by Taylor & we would happily welcome them back.

Build Trust are just brilliant. We are half way through now. Jason came to me with lots of garden design ideas. I loved them. He really knew what I liked. 4 weeks in he is still coming up with great additional ideas and my garden is all ready looking amazing. My brick wall is finished and is just what I wanted. The garden slabs are nearly done, hard work as my garden wasn’t at all level. All the guys that have worked on my garden are so meticulous, hard working, reliable and really lovely guys.With Build Trust you can be as involved as much or as little as you want. I personally trust them so much to crack on and any ideas Jason has he passes them by me and everyone I have agreed to. It’s so strange but Jason really seems to just get what people want and communication is second to none.I must also add they have worked in the pouring rain and it’s been freezing and they never moaned.I could not recommend this company enough. 5*
