Over 5 years of chronic neck pain, neuralgia and increasing migraines, I have seen multiple GPs who prescribed a variety of medications, and I have been treated by every kind of therapist I could find, often involving painful manipulations but no lasting improvement. Recently Chris @ Health Magic was recommended to me and I was skeptical but decided to try him. In 3 weeks he has restored full movement in my neck, I haven't had a migraine for a week (they were daily) and the pain/neuralgia is significantly reduced. I have also stopped taking most of the medications prescribed to try and treat the pain. After fracturing my spine I thought life would never get better but several visits later Chris has improved things for me a great deal. My back muscles have strengthened and I am now able to leave my walking stick and back support belt behind most days. In addition his magic touch has also improved my digestive system. Quite profound. Hard to explain how powerful this experience is. I went in with physical tension, I knew it was linked to emotional pain. Chris is incredible. I was told its Sciatica and prescribed strong painkillers, that made me feel sick and woozy. I had tried other remedies, but ,I had resigned myself to living my life in pain.I met Chris whilst I was attempting to walk my dog. I first visited Health Magic because back spasms were forcing me to take time off work, spoiling holidays, stopping me from cycling and holding back my swimming training (I’m a keen Masters swimmer).Over the years, my back problems have forced me to stop training properly on breaststroke, at which I raced internationally as a kid, and focus on front crawl.The Health Magic treatments were so quickly successful that within a few weeks I could train hard on breaststroke again. Through the summer, my 200-metre results dropped two seconds every time I swam the event. And in November I won the National Masters 200 metres breaststroke. This wouldn’t have happened without Health Magic.As well as swimming, my other back problems have faded away. I choose to go for a maintenance treatment every four or five weeks, which feels like an excellent investment in my continued good health.My back problems are - well, were - long-standing, dating from my 20s.
