I recently moved to the area and lost my only set of car keys. I was stranded at the library and called multiple locksmiths but, their prices were ridiculously high and most of them couldn't be there for a a few hours. When I called Ace Lock I was pleased in discovering that their prices were more than reasonable. Even though it was a frustrating situation, I was more than satisfied with the overall service Ace Lock provided. The technician was not only very friendly, prompt, and helpful but he also went out of his way. I have been working with Ace lock for about five years. They have taken care of all my issues at my house. We have upgraded all of the locks to timed electronic locks. It makes me more comfortable to know that I’m safe. Ace lock has always done a great job. I highly recommend them.

Horrible experience. Guy seemed nice enough when everything was going well. But, the moment there was an issue with the key that he provided, he told me there was nothing he could do. Well, that's not completely true. He said he would come out and test the item and see if it was defective for $75, then replace the item for another charge if it was defective. Seriously?! No thank you.

Do not do business with this company. They sold me a defective key that worked for about 3 months. When I called them about it, they were not interested in any kind of resolution at all. Once they had my money they washed their hands of the whole thing. They said it was a Ford factory key but one of their techs told me he'd cut me a new key if I got one on Amazon. Waste of almost 200 dollars. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. You will not get what you pay for.
