I am a medical coder and I was in emergency mode in my job. I had failed 2 audits and was given one last chance before termination. I still have to take my last audit, but Maya Turner helped me tremendously. I really needed to wrap my head around the rationale part of coding E/M's and she gave me a piece of her brain to see how coders should think. My knowledge of E/M's is far more than what I started with. She readily replied to my emails, answered any questions I had. And always made sure that I understood what she was telling me. She also would ask me questions while going over case scenarios and let me gain the confidence I needed. I am going into this next audit secure with the knowledge I have gained and I thank Maya for that! I highly recommend her!!

Had the privilege of attending an event with Ms. Turner as the speaker. She spoke about the 2026 Medicare Proposed Rule. She was knowledgeable and engaging, which is difficult when presenting such a complex subject matter. After this presentation, I'll tune in to listen to her present on just about any topic.
