We were very pleased with Jim’s work. First of all he is a very nice man. As a realtor he is vigilant. He’s was always looking out for our best interest. He never tried to push us into something where wouldn’t be very happy. A big plus is that we always knew what was happening. His communication was excellent. He’s someone who knows and does his job, very well. Refreshing. It’s like working with your brother. We would highly recommend him.
