Being alone, you worry about people coming into your home a little differently than others. From the first conversation over the phone with Scott (who answered the FIRST call!!!) , till the very end with Scott and his partner (I think Alex but I can’t remember) I didn’t have a second of worry! So professional, polite, and QUICK!! ANNND they cleaned up when they were done!!I won’t be calling anyone else for my plumbing needs!! Oh, and thank you for my military discount. I truly appreciate it! I wish this company nothing but the best. Good people and hard workers are hard to find! 10/10

The replacement of our water heater was completed within three hours. Floor covering was used to protect our rugs while removing old water heater and moving in new unit. Clean up was handled properly and water drained from old tank was directed outside via a long hose.Overall the process was handled well and I recommend Putts Plumbing. Installation cost was competitive
