Our technician Alex did a wonderful job installing our under sink water filter and faucet. He was punctual, communicative, skilled, and neat.

I used Putts plumbing a few times and they are very consistent, courteous, and user friendly. This first trip was to fix a water line leak. Alex and Anthony came out, saw the problem and they fixed it plus made some adjustments to fit my new cabinet better.After my kitchen remodel was done, Bryce and Anthony came out to seal the sink and install all plumbing for sink, faucet, garbage disposal and dishwasher. They arrived on time, removed their dirty boots at the door, my previous plumbers never did that, and got to work. Very courteous. My tenants made a comment that they “really like these guys instead of Dyess” so Putts is my go to now.Highly recommend.

They were great, navigated complex problem and solution that was reasonable and cost effective. Bryce in particular was awesome and honest.

Being alone, you worry about people coming into your home a little differently than others. From the first conversation over the phone with Scott (who answered the FIRST call!!!) , till the very end with Scott and his partner (I think Alex but I can’t remember) I didn’t have a second of worry! So professional, polite, and QUICK!! ANNND they cleaned up when they were done!!I won’t be calling anyone else for my plumbing needs!! Oh, and thank you for my military discount. I truly appreciate it! I wish this company nothing but the best. Good people and hard workers are hard to find! 10/10
