In my 25 years as an active realtor, I have only come across one other mortgage lender who was as client focused as Josh and Anna Richardson, from Your Home Loan Team. From my perspective, based on my previous years as an active, licensed mortgage broker, you would be hard put to find a more competent and thoroughly dedicated lender. My first time buyers were a challenge due to their limited time in the country and limited assets and credit history. Due to properties not appraising, Josh and Anna ended up patiently working on three different loans for my buyers. The complexities of this transaction are too many to enumerate here.
