Their pricing was reasonable with no surprises. The crew was attentive and finished the large job we had (install of 3 split units) in an appropriate time frame. I found Revs Mechanical after asking for recommendations on FB.Since my home had a unique setup, I quickly learned that not every HVAC company knows what they’re doing with them. I had a few companies come out & got a different answer from just about every person. One guy said one thing, another guy said something completely different!!Then Nick came out. He took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, & helped me figure out what actually made sense for my home. One thing I really appreciated was that he had an electrician as part of the project, so I didn’t have to coordinate with a separate company or try to juggle multiple schedules. That made the whole process a lot easier!!!!Nick told me the install would probably take 2 days, so that’s what I was preparing for. Then the crew came out & knocked it out in 1 day. It’s always nice when a project finishes sooner than expected!! YayyyThe crew worked hard all day & everything looked great when they were done. Before heading out, Nick gave me a full walkthrough of the system, showed me how everything worked, & made sure I didn’t have any questions. He also let me know that he'll be coming back twice over the next year for free just to make sure everything is running the way it should.As I’m writing this review, I’m sitting in my house enjoying my AC & it’s working marvelously!!Big thanks to Nick & Chase & the entire crew. I can't say enough about Rev's Mechanical! Chase not only answered my call on a Sunday but also squeezed me in the next day! The two young men that came to service my system, Nick and his apprentice Scott were very polite young men. Nick was knowledgeable on the work that was needed, checked that everything was working as it should, did not try to sell me what wasn't needed (as many other companies try to do) and was all around very professional. This will be my new 'go to' company with any heating, cooling, or plumbing I need service on in the future. Thank you to the team at Rev's Mechanical!!

Good work

Called in the morning about my AC not cooling properly and they had a technician out by early afternoon. The tech found a refrigerant leak and patched it up within a couple of hours. Pricing was fair and he walked me through what was done. Only minor issue was he was about 20 minutes late but called ahead to let me know. Would use them again.

I requested service and was pleased to have a prompt response. Nick arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. He also entered the residence and removed his shoes which was greatly appreciated by my tenant. He fixed the problem and was extremely professional. I highly recommend Nick and his company.

Our furnace went out in the middle of the night and I was worried we'd be stuck in the cold for days. They had someone at our door by 9am the next morning. Turned out the heat exchanger was cracked and needed replacing. The technician was honest about our options and didn't try to upsell us on anything we didn't need. Heat was back on by noon. Absolutely stellar service.

I've been using this company for three years now for seasonal maintenance on both my heating and cooling systems. Every technician they've sent has been courteous clean and efficient. Last visit they caught a failing capacitor on my AC unit before it became a bigger problem. That kind of proactive service saves me money in the long run.
