We had a difficult HVAC install in a cramped space but Anthony and Scotty from Rev's worked hard at it. The job took longer than expected but they made sure things were done right. The team is also very quick to respond to queries and happy to explain how things work and why each step is needed.

Chase and Nick were great to work with and I would highly recommend Rev's Mechanical. We had a very difficult HVAC replacement project (HVAC in a tiny closet with limited access). We had several quotes from various companies but they all said this job would be nearly impossible without extensive contractor work, opening walls, etc. Nick assessed the project and knew that he and his team could get it done from day one, never making our project seem hard (even though we knew it was!).Nick and Chase were communicative, reliable, professional, and kind. They educated us on all the options (and various price points) that they would recommend and they walked through pros/cons of various scenarios. The replacement was done in a timely way, within the estimated timeline.Ultimately, we required minor dry wall repair after the HVAC installation, which they organized, paid for, and ensured that we were satisfied with the results.Hopefully we will not need their help for many years to come now that our system is new, but they will be our first call if we do.

Rev Mechanical was so easy to work with, were very responsive, and installed my AC unit fast. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful experience. I called to have my units cleaned as they were leaking and not producing cold air. The team (Nick and Scott) came out same day, spent the good part of the day meticulously cleaning each unit and the condenser outside. Each unit was beyond recognizable as they have not been cleaned since installation. The next day one of the units had draining problems and the team once again came out to fix the problem (again called in morning and they came same day). The team cares about their clients and it shows. Would not work with any other group out there. I also suggest joining into their comfort club. It is a great deal and your concerns and needs are always met.

Diagnosed quickly, fixed it right away and very reasonable. Smart young men.

The service was excellent on time I and they did everything I was told.

We had an excellent experience with the staff at Revs from start to finish here in Newbury. They were incredibly personable, professional and took the time to answer all of our questions. Their pricing was reasonable with no surprises. The crew was attentive and finished the large job we had (install of 3 split units) in an appropriate time frame. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly values customer service and stands behind their work. We highly recommend them for anyone looking for honest, reliable HVAC service.

I found Revs Mechanical after asking for recommendations on FB.Since my home had a unique setup, I quickly learned that not every HVAC company knows what they’re doing with them. I had a few companies come out & got a different answer from just about every person. One guy said one thing, another guy said something completely different!!Then Nick came out. He took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, & helped me figure out what actually made sense for my home. One thing I really appreciated was that he had an electrician as part of the project, so I didn’t have to coordinate with a separate company or try to juggle multiple schedules. That made the whole process a lot easier!!!!Nick told me the install would probably take 2 days, so that’s what I was preparing for. Then the crew came out & knocked it out in 1 day. It’s always nice when a project finishes sooner than expected!! YayyyThe crew worked hard all day & everything looked great when they were done. Before heading out, Nick gave me a full walkthrough of the system, showed me how everything worked, & made sure I didn’t have any questions. He also let me know that he'll be coming back twice over the next year for free just to make sure everything is running the way it should. As I’m writing this review, I’m sitting in my house enjoying my AC & it’s working marvelously!!Big thanks to Nick & Chase & the entire crew. If you’re looking for HVAC work, I’d definitely recommend giving Revs Mechanical a call!!!!

I can't say enough about Rev's Mechanical! Chase not only answered my call on a Sunday but also squeezed me in the next day! The two young men that came to service my system, Nick and his apprentice Scott were very polite young men. Nick was knowledgeable on the work that was needed, checked that everything was working as it should, did not try to sell me what wasn't needed (as many other companies try to do) and was all around very professional. This will be my new 'go to' company with any heating, cooling, or plumbing I need service on in the future. Thank you to the team at Rev's Mechanical!!

Good work

Called in the morning about my AC not cooling properly and they had a technician out by early afternoon. The tech found a refrigerant leak and patched it up within a couple of hours. Pricing was fair and he walked me through what was done. Only minor issue was he was about 20 minutes late but called ahead to let me know. Would use them again.

I requested service and was pleased to have a prompt response. Nick arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. He also entered the residence and removed his shoes which was greatly appreciated by my tenant. He fixed the problem and was extremely professional. I highly recommend Nick and his company.

Our furnace went out in the middle of the night and I was worried we'd be stuck in the cold for days. They had someone at our door by 9am the next morning. Turned out the heat exchanger was cracked and needed replacing. The technician was honest about our options and didn't try to upsell us on anything we didn't need. Heat was back on by noon. Absolutely stellar service.

I've been using this company for three years now for seasonal maintenance on both my heating and cooling systems. Every technician they've sent has been courteous clean and efficient. Last visit they caught a failing capacitor on my AC unit before it became a bigger problem. That kind of proactive service saves me money in the long run. Highly dependable and I recommend them to all my neighbors.

I’d like to encourage anyone who needs HVAC services to hire this company. I recently had an issue with my heating system. Nick arrived at my condo quickly and solved the issue promptly. He was super considerate and kind to my tenant. He even removed his shoes, a well received courtesy! Highly recommend Nick and his company!

These guys are great. Fixed my AC and gave it an AC maintenance. We’re all set for summer now

Incredible service! Nick was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Willing to stay at my house from 8:30am to 9:30pm to finish the job in a single day. Cleaned up to leave my house exactly like it was. Highly recommend!

Nick did an amazing job. The job was completed in a timely manner, efficient and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend for services.

They were really great. Got it done really fast and they are very nice.

Love Revs! Those guys knew what they were doing. My heating system was installed no problem at all and the guys were extremely professional

Very responsible company, good service and work was done quick. I would definitely recommend this business for my fiends and family.

Fixed my mini split, would definitely recommend!

Great service on my HVAC maintenance. Chase and all of his employees are very professional and knowledgeable. They did a great job keeping everything clean during and after the job.

Great AC repair and installation—fast, friendly, and easy to work with.

Had a mini-split installation done today in my addition office room. Nick was easy to work with, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. The system is working great already.

Great heating & cooling service—very personable and made it feel less like a corporate transaction and more like a helping hand.

Had HVAC maintenance done and it was a great experience. He showed up on time, walked me through what he was doing, and made sure everything was running right before leaving. Super easy to work with and very professional. I’d definitely call again for HVAC maintenance.

Had my furnace repaired by Chase and couldn’t be happier. He showed up fast, figured out the issue right away, and had everything running smoothly in no time. Super knowledgeable, honest, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. The heat was back on the same day. Highly recommend Rev’s for any furnace repair.

Switched to heat-pump after my furnace kept giving me issues, It’s been nothing but reliable and more efficient then my older system. Very respectful and helpful young men.

Great service and super respectful!
