Andrew did a superb job with the prep/ demo work for our basement to play room conversion. We needed the floor leveled and existing old tiles removed in order to put our new laminate flooring down. I hired Andrew, the owner and operator of nomad designs to take out a roughly 30 year-old rug and replace it with some good quality thick laminate flooring from start to finish. Everything was professionally done from re-leveling the cement slab to the baseboard replacement. He kept me updated throughout the whole process, Great pricing as well.
