I was referred to ProMaster pest solutions by a family member who has been using them for a while. I live in a filthy little apartment in Hesperia and we had roaches and spiders for a few years every summer. We got tired of it and gave ProMaster a shot. I do not regret it whatsoever! Sam the owner came in and did an assessment then had his helper go right to work. Sprayed inside and outside. Later the next day I was cleaning up dead roaches and spiders. I've been using ProMaster for 1 year now and have not seen one cockroach since the first treatment. I'm on a quarterly service and that seems to work for us in our small living space. Sam has been amazing! We had a terrible rat infestation at my apartment complex from a hoarder and he came multiple times a week to reset traps and put out bait. I'll admit I thought the problem was unsolvable but we haven't seen a rat in months! I was so amazed at his professionalism and knowledge about which traps and bait to use as well as how to prevent this from happening again. 100% would recommend Sam fo any pest control needs!

Not only are they friendly, professional, and knowledge, but since using their services I do not have any problems with insects in the house.
