This program is great! Very holistic and personal. I enjoyed having the opportunity for one on one conversations weekly to receive encouragement, accountability, and answers to my questions. I also loved the mindset piece on top of the lifestyle changes. If you need to feel hopeful, join this program! I feel like I’m back in sync with my body. I learned SO much from Dr. Mary Pines' Better Beyond 40 program. I signed up to address the symptoms so many women face in perimenopause - brain fog, irritability, poor sleep, weight gain. She digs into all of the science to get to root causes and address them. I've made changes to my approach to diet and exercise, started BHRT and a few new supplements. I'm sleeping better and have more energy. I took over 30 pages of notes while watching her lessons! And I will revisit them often as I continue to navigate this stage of life. I will also come back to the many resources she provided (recipes, exercise guidance, podcasts, etc.) Mary can't prescribe hormones but she put a lot of time into researching options specific to me (even though I don't live near her). Mary is passionate about women's health and helping people understand and thrive during peri/menopause! I strongly recommend her course for anyone looking to gain deep knowledge and insights that can help you live a better life.

When I reached out to Dr. Mary, I was completely overwhelmed and felt like my life had been spiralling out of control for about five years. In the last year alone, I had gained a ton of weight, I couldn’t remember what I was doing half the time, and I felt frustrated and stuck without a plan...and I’m a planner! So frustrating! 🙃 Taking her Better Beyond 40 course gave me the clarity and plan for my future health that nothing else ever did. My energy improved, and I finally understood what my body needed. I haven’t lost much weight yet, but for the first time I feel like I’m on the right track… my body is adjusting, and I’m not guessing anymore. One of the biggest gifts of this program is how it cuts through the perimenopause overload on social media where everyone seems to be an expert telling you what you “should” do and brings everything together in one cohesive, science‑based system. Dr. Mary has a real knack for breaking down the sciency jargon into language you not only understand, but that actually makes sense. She takes a truly individual, holistic approach that looks at your body’s needs, supported by blood analysis and even DNA testing if you choose those options. She shows you how all the interconnected pieces of your health fit together and how her protocols stack in a way that feels doable and logical. The course itself isn’t hard, but making conscious lifestyle changes isn’t easy either. You’ll know when you’re ready and when you are, this program gives you everything you need to make it happen. I also have to say that Dr. Mary was incredibly gracious when life got away from me. Between work, a demanding career, a teen and a preteen in competitive sports, homework, and everything else, I wasn’t able to put in the time I had planned. She gave me extra time++ to complete the course, and that personal understanding meant so much. She’s also recently complemented her team with a mindset coach and a motivational coach, which adds an incredible personal touch and gives you even more support. The level of support is truly unmatched. The only thing I’d tell anyone considering investing in her program is to make sure you can also give it the time it deserves… you’ll get so much out of it. The irony is that the busiest women often need it the most. If you can carve out the space, it’s absolutely worth it. I’m already planning to take her masterclass once I’ve implemented everything I’ve learned… I just have to make sure I have the time hahaha...ha...ha. Like many women, I reached a point where I wanted to better understand my hormones and overall health, which is what led me to Dr. Mary Pines’ Beyond 40 program.
