I recently visited The Jeweler looking to treat myself. Beforehand, I stopped by the Golden Nugget, where I received a warm welcome and found a nice piece of jewelry at a reasonable price. I decided to shop around and compare prices, which led me to The Jeweler. Unfortunately, they had the same item at a significantly higher price. When I mentioned the price difference, the owner became extremely rude and unprofessional. I was taken aback by his reaction, especially since I was simply trying to make an informed decision. Despite other customers being present, I didn't feel comfortable continuing to shop there. Based on my experience, I would not recommend The Jeweler to anyone. The owner's behavior was unacceptable, and I expect more professionalism from a business.

Called this place the day before about fixing a gold chain given to me by my grandmother. My lovebird chewed through it but after he fixed it, it looked good as new and very inexpensive. I'll definitely be back there for my next piece of jewelery!

Best jeweler around. I don’t usually write reviews, but felt the need to for this place. Top notch service and goods. Will not go anywhere else for jewelry needs in the future. Moses and Rami are both some of the nicest and most honest jewelers in philly. I usually only go to get my jewelry repaired and decided to get myself something special. I made a large purchase and they made the experience perfect. I would only come here for all future purchases.

The jewelers here really know how to give great customer service! You can definitely tell they are passionate about what they do! My fiancé only came here to get an idea of what kind of ring he wanted to get me, and he left with a receipt for a down payment on a customized ring.
