I have had a totally positive experience with the staff that came to install my drainage system. Glad to see that a female was part of the crew. Women are no longer limited to traditional roles. Secondly, I very much appreciate your sending staff to assist when they had to dig up part of the Dirt …as a result of the inadvertent cut of wire to my stree lamp post.Your organization is a class act and I would highly recommend you to anyone. I signed up with TLC for their winterization program and annual maintenance this past fall. There were some scheduling complications and the service never happened as scheduled. This past spring, it was discovered that a main valve and some of the underwater pipes had burst to do the extreme cold in December TLC, Lawn and Sprinkler once again proved why they are one of the best companies in the industry and are very deserving of all the five star reviews. They recognize that there was an oversight on their part and they have covered the cost of repairs to get my sprinkler system operating again.
