We had such a great experience with our instructor Jordan this summer! She was fantastic with my son, keeping him focused, engaged, and having fun while making real progress in his lessons. We were so impressed with how much he improved over the summer and really appreciated Jordan’s patience and ability to keep him motivated. Highly recommend!

We hired a lifeguard for a Grade 8 grad pool party. The lifeguard Marlin sent was super professional and jumped right in her role with no hesitation. We had a couple of attendees that were not strong swimmers and our lifeguard was on top of it the whole time. It made things so much easier for us while we tended to food etc. Booking the lifeguard was such a seemless process, and we will for sure do it again! Thanks so much Marlin Swim Academy for making our party safe and successful.

If you are considering swim lessons for anyone in your family the answer is an absolute yes. If you’re considering this swim school I can’t recommend it enough. My son started at 2.5 years old and I was a little worried about him not participating or being shy but the consistency and fun had in the pool made it very comfortable for him.The plans really are contoured for each individual swimmer. My son’s growth and comfort in the pool was visible after a few lessons. Seeing his capabilities under the watchful eye of a professional really allows for him to push the limits and make gains weekly.Communication was always easy and booking was so simple, not like the city lottery. Very well run business with amazing staff and instructors.So happy to have found Marlin Swim Academy!

We've hired Chloe from Marlin Swim Academy for 2 years of private home swimming lessons for my kids (aged 4-6), and she's fantastic! Patient, kind, understanding, and just the right mix of silly and serious - so our kids can have fun while still learning the importance of water safety and knowing when it's time to learn and practice new skills.We chose private lessons because my older son is on the autism spectrum and wouldn't do well in a group setting. During our first lesson last summer, it took him over 20 minutes to even get in the pool. She was extremely patient and understanding the whole time. This summer, he was so excited to see her again!At first it seemed like he wasn't making much progress this summer, because he needs longer than usual before he feels comfortable trying new things. Especially with the sensory challenges that come with swimming. However, it turns out he was quietly absorbing everything Chloe taught, and he surprised us at his last swimming lesson by suddenly swimming back and forth across the pool, even underwater, and jumping in over and over again. Her patience made all the difference.He loves swimming now, and we have Chloe to thank for that!

This is our third summer with Marlin Swim Academy and we are so happy with the company and our wonderful instructor, Kandice. Our girls (aged 7 & 8) are doing private lessons and look forward to Kandice showing up each week. She has assessed where each of them are at, and challenges them to try new things. They love working on new techniques and showing off their new skills between lessons. Kandice has helped make them more confident swimmers and we hope to work with her again in the future!
