We had the pleasure of working with Rachelle after being randomly paired up through Zillow, and I’m so happy with how things worked out. We were looking to buy a home without being able to visit the area. Rachelle stepped in and accommodated our every need! As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions, and she was very patient in explaining each step and requirement in the process. I have reached out to this firm twice, Damon Gettier and Associates, Realtors-Brokered by Real Broker LLC,They never followed through. Now I can't Rochelle or Jess on the phone. I don't understand why they waste my time instead of letting me know that they can't assist. I plan to file a complaint with the VA board of realtors, CFPB and bbb.
