Our realtor Ciera Coleman was awesome from beginning to end. She stayed persistent and worked super hard for us. Even though she may be juggling a few or more clients at a time, she still always made us feel like we were the only ones. We talked everyday and she was never hard to get ahold of. She was honest and thorough and leveled with us at every turn. She connected with us at a personal level and we never felt like just a number or a dollar sign when working with her. She knows this area and market inside and out and I would recommend her to anyone in the market for a home. She makes it known and felt that she is on your team. We hit some small road blocks in our home journey but she kept fighting with us until we found the perfect home for us. We bought our home last summer in July 2024. Charity was our real estate agent and we absolutely love her. Buyer beware please do not purchase a HWA home warranty of America policy. $700 down the drain! our AC has been out and they are doing absolutely nothing. We’ve had three missed or canceled appointments. I hope the real estate company finds a new vendor to promote. Less
