We had an issue with a leak in the master bedroom shower. We called a big name service company that advertises on tv. They quoted to replace the drain plumbing. We were referred to Design West and Joe came out, replaced a seal and the leak was fixed. They saved us so much time and money on an unnecessary repair by the other guys. had a great experience with Joe and the other Joe. They fixed my shower quickly and professionally, and what really impressed me was that they also repaired the damaged drywall afterward. Everything looks brand new — you can’t even tell there was an issue before. The team was on time, respectful, and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. I wasn't getting any hot water and Design West came over same day, fixed it same day, and provided longer term options. There was no pressure but we decided to do a new water heater anyway as mine was aging. It's been a few months and the new machine still works perfectly. Will definitely be using Design West for future plumbing needs!
