yay james fixed me up. i had been off work for 2 months with sciatica. went to physio for 2 weeks. no improvement. so did the initial consult with james. he did scans and showed me my out of whack spine. then he hatched a plan to get me fixed up and back to work. and 2 weeks later were back at work and that pain radiating down the leg is gone. hes delivered. cheers to the whole pukekohe chiropractic team. real nice people

I highly recommend this business. Before starting treatment, I had bad sciatica that woke me at night and lower back pain. After only a few months the sciatica is nearly gone and my lower back is great.

I love this place. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was made to feel so welcome.Right from the ladies at the front desk, who instantly make you feel comfortable and are always up for a yarn or two, to the practitioners James and now Mike, the care I’ve received has been great.From the initial scans, to clearly discussing the plan of action, right through to progress check-ups, you feel informed every step of the way. Everything is explained in a way that makes you feel confident and supported.The clinic itself has such a calming feel. Everything is carefully and purposefully thought through, from the cushions on the chairs in reception, to being able to fully relax in the treatment room before your appointment.Booking and changing your appts is so easy through their app. I started off with 3 appts a week, now I’m down to 1 appt a week. I started off with not being able to sleep because of neck, back everything pain. Now I’m back to jogging, sleeping and working out again.Overall, the experience here has been amazing. I would 1000% recommend Pukekohe Chiropractic to anyone who feels like they need to give their body some attention and set themselves up for improved long-term wellness.

With a clear explanation of what's going on with my body and what they can offer to help me, they've made it a very pleasant experience in getting adjustments.
