I’ve been training with Zak nearly four years, and I can honestly say he’s made a huge difference in my fitness and overall performance. My main goals were to get in better shape and build strength for Jiu-Jitsu competitions, and Zak has been incredible in helping me achieve both.He not only designs smart, challenging workouts that constantly push me to improve, but he also helps with nutrition — making sure I can build strength while staying on weight for comps.
