At every visit with Dr Mark I would express my concern . Dr Mark would tell me to give it time. I finally went to a pain doctor who told me to stop the decompressions I was getting at Dr Marks office and that it may make my condition worse plus he felt I didn’t have neuropathy. My Pain Doctor ordered an MRI which showed that I had multiple levels of bulging disc. He ordered medication and injection . I was suffering from major back issues. Who knows what my future holds. After which I went to Dr. Mark pleading for a least half of my money back . He refunded me 1,395 dollars out of the 9,500 dollars I had given him. So please ! As a possible future patient of Dr Mark , first go to your medical doctor If you decide to go to Dr Mark, Ask lots of questions . Make sure his assembly like program is right for you . And that his so called medical devices that is being sold to you is truly medical grade. Go home and think about it , research it. 9,500 dollars is a lot of money for zero results and more pain. Please please please think twice before signing up, and handing over your hard earned money . Less

While I was still in pain, though, before the first treatment, I was told to expect three months of 3X a week visits *to be paid in advance,* at roughly $2400 (and that's *after* insurance)!!! They have even contracted with a financing company so you can go into debt and make interest payments for your health care. I'm just glad my own credi... More

While health care is a difficult, expensive business to be in and dealing with insurance companies is painful (I say this as someone who used to work for a chiropractor), putting someone who is in pain in this kind of position isn't the answer to those problems. I wish Dr. Mark and Velocity Chiropractic the best -- and hope they'll change their business model. Less
