Uncomfortable Experience with Multiple Professionalism and Hygiene ConcernsI scheduled an appointment after seeing an Instagram promotion for the T-Shape 2 body-contouring treatment for my legs. That was the reason for my visit. From the moment I arrived, the experience felt unprofessional. The reception was not particularly welcoming, and the facility was cluttered from the lobby through the treatment areas. The facility looked nothing like the photos online. The treatment room itself was extremely small—the door actually bumped into the treatment chair whenever it was opened. The décor, including neon signs and heart-shaped lip pillows, felt more like a themed bedroom than a professional spa.During my consultation, it was difficult to have a complete conversation. The practitioner repeatedly stepped out of the room, and the owner came in and out several times, interrupting the discussion. Before anyone had taken the time to fully understand my goals, the conversation shifted toward facial procedures and a package costing over $6,000.During the treatment, two practitioners worked on me simultaneously while carrying on a conversation about their own beauty treatments for much of the appointment. One repeatedly commented that my skin was "extremely dry," then handed me a mirror several times asking if I could already see that I looked younger. Since this treatment works by stimulating collagen over time and typically requires multiple sessions, the suggestion of immediate visible results felt unrealistic and misleading. There were also several aspects of the treatment that concerned me. The treatment table was covered only with a thin disposable paper sheet that continually shifted, leaving my skin directly against the table. I was told a robe and blanket would be provided, but only the blanket eventually arrived after I asked multiple times. As a result, I completed the treatment lying on the table with my dress pulled up instead of changing into a robe, which felt awkward and uncomfortable. I also did not observe handwashing before or after the treatment, gloves were not used, and the gel application was inconsistent—sometimes very thick and uncomfortable, other times barely applied.I remained courteous throughout the appointment but was relieved when it was over. Unfortunately, between the lack of professionalism, frequent interruptions, uncomfortable environment, and hygiene concerns, I cannot recommend this spa.
