My family of four just returned from a two week trip to Japan. We visited Kanazawa, the Kiso Valley and Tokyo. Will at Chima Travel did a wonderful job putting together our trip with things to do and see from a tea ceremony, to hiking the Nakasendo samurai trail, to Sumo wrestling!The Kensington guides were on time and were so nice and knowledgeable. We were so spoiled by them!The hotels that Will picked out were very nice and very convenient to the subway and train stations. We stayed at a hotel overlooking the Shibuya Crossing so we could watch the masses of people crossing the largest crosswalk in the world!It was so nice to not have to worry about getting around because we knew Will took care of all aspects of our travel:) We will definitely be calling Will at Chima Travel for all our travel needs.

Chima Travel has been my exclusive travel resource for the past several years. I take multiple trips per year and I have utilized their services for both large, multi-generational trips as well as travel for two. Chima Travel is extremely helpful every step of the way including trip selection, reservations, insurance, pre-travel details, transfer arrangements, support during travel and post travel follow-up. On a recent trip, one of my flights was cancelled and our Chima agent promptly responded, re-booked us, and proactively contacted both our hotel and tour company to advise them of our delayed arrival. If I could give Zero stars I would Chima travel is a horrible company and only cares about superficial details. They don’t care about client experience or employee experience. Buyer beware do not take your money here!! Save yourself some money and book your own travel anyone with half a brain can do that!
