I was foreign educated Nurse w English as my native language. I had taken the NCLEX before and failed. It is tough figuring out the whole process for getting certificed in the U.S. let alone trying to grasp the NCLEX. No helps or guides you on how to prepare for the test but every BON requires that you take the test. I have previously studied w a known agency that told me had to know everything in their Books, who knows 300 Pages of pharmacology?! This did not prepare me for life as a Nurse for taking the NCLEX. This time when prepping for the NCLEX I knew I had to find a different approach. I found Damion. He helped me understand that I do need knowledge to back up my answers, but I had the knowledge and he helped show me that what I know is good. Even if I did not fully know the answer he guided to rationalize my Way to the correct answer. His NCLEX strategies are good and clear. I found Damion patient, understanding and clear in his answers. My head was so full so clear and concise answers were appreciated! He has not only given me the specific tutoring I needed, but he also provided so much emotional support and made himself available to me whenever I needed it especially the week prior to testing. Damion has not only helped me w the NCLEX but has been guiding and mentoring using through my career as an RN and as a Nurse Educator Student.

Damion at The Nurse Speak is a GENIUS! I wish my nursing professors teach like him since he is able to explain things so simply that I got the strategies and concepts he teaches right away! I took the NCLEX-RN exam three times before getting into Damion's NCLEX Strategies for Success Program, and in just a couple months of reviewing and following his program, I was able to FINALLY pass the NCLEX and get my RN License! I worked as an LPN for 1 year while trying to pass, and I wish I got into this program right out of nursing school! One of the most valuable things I learned from Damion was how to slow down during the test, think critically, and really make sense of the answer choices, instead of panicking about what I didn’t know.Damion helped me shift my mindset from focusing on gaps in my knowledge to using what I do know to make smart, educated decisions. That changed everything for me. He also helped me to not be so hard on myself and to take the wins as they come. He is great and always there if you have any questions or concerns ! If you’re struggling to pass your NCLEX or if you don’t know where to start when studying for your first time, definitely consider getting help from Damion!

Damion helped me to develop a study plan where I was able to see improvements in my knowledge every week. He taught me how to think and how to read questions in a way I never did before. This way of learning helped me so much and I’m happy to say I passed the NCLEX first time. I trained and worked in the UK as an RN and Damion helped me to obtain my RN license in Canada. After a long time being out of school, looking through so many review programs and courses I finally came across The Nurse Speak. I had no idea what to do after such a long time being out of school I decided to go with this course. The best decision I made, after just a few sessions with Damion he brought my confidence in answering questions the highest it’s ever been. After each lesson everything just started to make more sense. He was such a big help in learning the best ways to come across questions, he taught me how to implement different testing strategies to get higher scores. My focus was always on content. This is where Damion came along and switched my focus into test taking strategies,and learning different ways of thinking to do better on questions. He was such a big help.
