I highly recommend star improvements of Michigan they have done my roof and had to reframe one spot of my roof a few years they fixed my gutters and they replaced 17 of my windows in my house and replace a front door and my glass sliding door they do amazing work and I promise you guys won't be unstandardized when the job is done and if you have any problems they are right back at your house to fix whatever it is you need again thanks star improvements for everything you guys and your teams are amazing at what you guys do.

Details of my job or gutter replacement and three vent repairs. I had someone out to give me an estimate. They were there within 2 to 3 days and I had my estimate that day. They came out with in a reasonable time And finished everything in one day. My property was as clean when they left as when they got there.

I have worked for 10+ roofing companies doing installs over the past 15 years. All they care about is selling and finding the cheapest crews to install roofs leaving customers with nothing but problems for years to come. Which is important when selecting your contractor as we are all human and even though his company strives for perfection mistakes can happen. This is a company that will come back to fix any issues and will not ghost you if a problem occurred. He always treated his customers and his team as if they were family. They did a pretty great job on our roof in the winter time. Did have to have them come back out a few times regarding the shingles and siding on a bay window but they always came promptly and the last guy that came resolved the issue and made it look like it was before we had the roof done. Any issues we had they followed up with very quickly. Our roof was leaking in a few different spots and they replaced the whole thing within just a couple of days. Shawn and his crew including his wife/gf are amazing and I would call them again for help. Thank you for what you did for our family!

The price paid for the work being done was very fair considering the difficulty and the size of the job. I was extremely pleased with the expertise of the crew, the quality of the workmanship and the fantastic cleanup. I'm also very thankful for the great care in protecting the house and property during the entire project. Shawn and his crew were amazing. I live out of state and he was referred by a family member. They put a new roof on my parents house and then a few years later on a vacation home for us. Needed some shingles repaired from wind damage. They said they would have somebody out to repair them the next day. They ended up showing up that evening and repaired them. Great service and friendly people. Will definitely call them again if needed.

Had a roof leak that damaged our ceiling. Called Star Improvements on a Saturday, and they were out by Tuesday and quickly repaired the leak. They saw that a previous owner had done a terrible installation of the plumbing vent pipe boot, and did a terrific job of installing a new boot. Very fair pricing, too! I would highly recommend them!

Star improvements did an absolutely amazing job with the roofing and gutters and my carport. Mike and Zac were really awesome and very friendly people also answered any questions that I may have had. They are from Vassar Michigan and I would highly recommend them to anybody, not only do they do roofing but also windows, doors and siding on the house. Bill was also another guy when he came out he was very helpful and I was also a kind person. My roof is absolutely beautiful and I am so in love with all the amazing work that they have put into it. Absolutely beautiful!! I would definitely go with these people again if I needed any help in the future!! They also smelled a gas leak and so I had consumers energy come out and that they found the leak. Thank goodness and again I just want to give a big shout out to Star Improvement Thank You!!! I had a unique situation where I lived in Florida but needed a company in Michigan for gutter installation on my dad's house. I called 3 different companies and not only did Star Improvements immediately help me (as the others were giving me a hard time) but made it easy as they were very supportive that I lived out of state. Justin and Gary were great, reliable, called the day before the installation and were able to take measurements via phone.
