Me and my kids love Preferred Preschool, but the website really needs to be updated. I clicked on the website and it sent me to something completely different, which is weird and confusing. It seems like the website hasn’t been updated in a long time, and that’s something we parents really look for. It has also been very hard to reach you all — I even had to come in person just to get the correct phone number because the one online wasn’t the same as the center.

My daughter is 3 years old, very outspoken, and she’ll say anything that sounds strange, so I’m always calling to speak with the director or her teacher. I really appreciate how they keep me updated on everything. I know my child is wild and does a lot, but they have so much patience with her. We’re all working together to help improve her behavior, and she really is growing I can see the changes myself.They even let me quietly observe her in the classroom, and her behavior there is so much better than at home, lol. I’m just grateful for the care, communication, and support they give her.

I am so thankful for this preschool center. Thank you, Director, for your understanding and support. I truly appreciate how patient and kind you are with my family, especially during the hard times we go through. My child and I are always so happy to see you every morning truly means a lot to us.

The Director, the Assistant Director, and the Teachers are very informative about my kids day as well as they make sure they tell me if I should bring more clothes or more diapers or more wipes…and I appreciate that. They also tell me if there was any behavioral or personalities changes through out the week or days which makes it easy for me to work on it with my kids at homeI don’t know why there is bad reviews…but you know communication or being fully open is the only solutions to your experiences..
