Their website says that they provide a 10 minute free consultation. I scheduled my consultation to learn about their services. I called the day before my appointment to make sure that I will be talking to a lawyer, however, the secretary said that they charge $250 dollar to people to talk to their lawyers.It means, their are misleading people with their advertisement for free consultations and the secretary blocks anyone who doesn’t pay from talking to the lawyer, which is what they offer in their website for a ten minute free consultation.Everything seems a scam, misleading advertisement, wasting people’s time by making them schedule appointments for no reason.

Do NOT recommend - we hired this attorney for a criminal case who was recommended to us by a friend. Worst mistake. He did not fight for us the way he should have. I do everything for my mother as it goes in a Hispanic household and have paid majority of all the fees out of my own pockets. He also contradicted himself a lot when it came to payments and never once communicated anything about the retainer fee that was paid upfront. FOR MONTHS, we have been trying to resolve billing concerns but he has ignored us for months and has had delayed responses without explanation. This matter is still not resolved till this day. It’s unbelievable that we trusted him and his firm only to be treated so poorly. Communication is awful - they’ve consistently charged interests without addressing our concerns, showing zero accountability. Save yourself the frustration and go to a lawyer who actually cares about their clients, takes pride in their work, and treats you with respect. The stress is not worth it.
