Installed our flooring over a year ago, found about a dozen small, but fixable issues… Called twice over 3 months to have these issues fixed , and was told we’d get a call back for an appointment. Year later and still no call or any type of motivation to fix the issues we found. Worked quickly and did an excellent job. Would have rated 5 stars, but an hour after a scheduled appointment with a no-show crew, I called only to find out they wouldn't be making the appointment. A courtesy call would have been nice.

Creative Flooring did our whole house in luxury vinyl flooring and it looks like real wood. Beautiful job. Lady in the office who helped me pick it out was very knowledgeable and super nice. I would buy from them again because their price beat everyone else.

my honest opinion. ok service, beautiful flooring, the flooring could have been put in better we have 1 to 1/2 inch gaps from the wall where the flooring should have started. we don't usually pay for service till end of service just in case something else needs to be done but was i felt hassled by an older gentleman, over all the colors are great but for almost 3 grand??? service and installation...
