I still get texts from them lol!Zero accountability, lying and trying to gaslight. I filled out your own Facebook form and you did contact me. Competitors are not sending fake texts out pretending to be you. Added screenshots as proof.Had they taken responsibility, just said we made a mistake and will improve our processes that would have been perfectly fine. Reduced my rating to 1 star to reflect how they responded.-Seems disorganized. Reached out for a quote and got reached out to by three different numbers, None appear to be on the same page, and responding to two gets you no response while the other doesnt introduce who they are.I contacted multiple shops for quotes. Since I was already talking to someone else from Moojo, I ignored the messages from the unknown number since they never introduced or said who they were. I inquired for more info and asked if the first phone number was them, received zero response. I got contacted again by a third number asking if I was still interested in tint, which they would have known if they bothered to respond to my messages in the first place, yes I was. I shared my feedback, and also received zero response.Overall, they seem to be well reviewed but I ended up going with a competitor since good communication is important to me as a client. When none of the workers are on the same page, nor respond to customers, it doesn't give me confidence.

I took a bit of time after deciding to get a ceramic coating done on my car. There are a number of businesses to choose from so it was not an overnight decision. Eventually I chose Moojo Auto Spa. Good choice. My first visit to the shop was great. My meeting with the owner, Patrice, took about 40 minutes. Every detail of Moojo's services was explained. Every question answered. The job is complete and I'm pleased. Everyone's concern today is tightening budgets and receiving the most value for money spent. The paint is taken care of. The interior was detailed beautifully. Next will be quality window tinting. That too will be done at Moojo Auto Spa. Thank you, Patrice. I'll be in touch.
