Schmmidt derby , you are the best!! From the moment we stepped in your shop, we had the answer for what kitchen we wanted. Michael is a genius, knowledgeable, patient and available for every step of the process. Michael knows his trade and the attention to detail was extra ordinary. He helped designed our beautiful kitchen and made numerous visits and phone calls to ensure the installation went perfectly. He went a step further, helping with the guarantee registration and cashback from the gadgets purchase. He couldn't do enough for us., thank you. I highly recommend, my family and friends are looking forward to visit your shop.And Zori, lovely and vibrant manager! You impressed me with how knowledgeable and hands-on you are.For the signed off, you both came with beautiful gifts and I was gobsmacked! I felt well taken care of and valued as a customer.

We really struggled choosing our new kitchen, in fact we'd been searching for a while having discussed our needs with a few local stores. Unfortunately, pushy sales, not listening to what we actually wanted, unable to stick to agreed timelines we had to move on. It was only by chance that we were passing Schmidt (Derby) and we decided to pop in, not really expecting anything to materialise. However, within 10 mins of meeting Michael we had made up our minds that this was the place that would deliver our kitchen. Michael is very knowledgeable about his products, he listens, provides ideas and solutions. He was also able to put together a quick design and layout whilst we were there. He's just a genuinely all round nice guy. That said we still required quality products and if I'm honest we'd not heard of Schmidt previously. We shouldn't have been concerned however, as they've been around for over 70 years and the quality of the products is second to none. If/when we ever need another kitchen we shall be seeking out Schmidt and Michael. Although I'm sure as word gets out they'll go from strength to strength and we may have a wait on our hands. We'd also like to thank Zori the owner who also has a very good eye for design and helped to make this whole project easy and straightforward. If anyone is looking at getting a new kitchen, I would strongly advise they visit Schmidt first. THANK YOU.🙏🏾

I loved the showroom experience at Schmidt Derby. The team are professional, knowledgeable and refreshingly down-to-earth, with none of the pressure you sometimes find in home design showrooms. The space itself has a calm, welcoming feel, and the designer took the time to listen and offer practical advice tailored to my needs and budget.I was also interested to learn about creating bespoke furniture and storage solutions for the other rooms in my home too, helping to achieve a good flow, consistent look and to make the most of my space.I’m looking forward to the next event there. I missed the recent children's cooking class, I saw it afterwards on Instagram, but it would have been a great day of quality time with my daughter. I love that they use the showroom as more than just a retail space.It's easy to see the care and attention that goes into both the designs and the customer experience. Well worth a visit if you're planning any home improvement project.

From the design/ consultation process to the completion meeting, working with Schmidt Kitchens Derby was a pleasure. Our designer "Michael" went out of his way to ensure everything was covered and all our questions answered. His attention to detail was excellent and his measurements to the mm.
