I’m from Boston and had the chance to visit ELE while I was in Naples, and I absolutely loved it. From the second I walked in, everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely accepting. Just the best energy 🌱☀️ The studio itself is beautiful, the vibe is fun and upbeat, and the pilates workout was challenging but fun. Marykathryn has created something really special here in Naples!! Good energy! Very encouraging instructors! Manages to motivate you to push yourself while also taking your own pace and providing variations. Highly encourage taking her Pilates classes! They do also provide spinning and other classes, definitely worth checking out!

An outstanding positive movement and flow studio! Marykathren, the owner, offers private reformer lessons, excellent Mat Pilates, yoga with well educated instructors and cycle classes plus many extras! You’ll love the vibe everyone is encouraging no judgement. I absolutely love this place!

If you are looking for a positive and inclusive place to work out, this is the place to come to. I finally found a place where normal people come to just stay fit or to get fit in a place where the instructors actually care about you. They check up you after class if you don’t seem like your self, they pump you up when you need a little extra encouragement to get through class. The students in class are so nice and help you get through the classes as well. For the first time in my life I am actually excited and passionate about working out!
