I went back and forth with Fallon's for a year - first was looking at pellet stoves, then woodburning stoves and multiple locations in my house. These guys came out twice - didn't pressure me at all - and tried to accommodate my project at every turn. I appreciate them being patient and helping me achieve the exact stove and placement I wanted. I ended up getting a StuV wood stove installed this week and it came out even better than I imagined. We purchased our Harmon Accentra stove back in 2008 from Home and Hearth. We have always been impressed with the look and reliability of our stove. This year we had a technical issue with the distribution blower. Tech Jessie was as personal and professional as a tech could be. He diagnosed our problem, fixed it and looked over the entire stove. Fallon set us up with everything we needed including Manny and his crew at North Atlantic Chimney who had to remove an existing full stone Chimney and replace it in the modern way.
