We had such a fantastic experience with Vallarta Food Tours! We booked a private tour for our group of 15 friends, and Joana was absolutely AMAZING. She was fun, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and so patient with our big group — which is definitely not always an easy task!Every single thing we tried was delicious, and we loved getting to experience so many local flavors and places we never would have discovered on our own. Joana shared so much great information along the way and made the entire experience feel relaxed, personal, and fun.This was definitely one of the highlights of our time in Puerto Vallarta. Outstanding! Thank you so much Joanna! This is the best way to get to know Puerta Vallarta. Joanna is excellent and answered all of our questions. The food locations are excellent and I love the list of the restaurant's provided at the end so you can return for your own stumble tour later. Joanna also pointed out landmarks like the homes of Liz Taylor and Richard Burton. This is not just a food tour but a walking tour of Old Town Puerta Vallarta. With approximately 8-9 restaurants in 3.5 hours of walking around, the mix is perfect and I did not feel stuffed or tired at the end. We ended near the flea market for some souvenir shopping which my wife really appreciates.This is a great orientation for a lovely City run by pros. Would recommend it to anyone visiting be it first time or otherwise. Great reason to get out of the resort and fall in love with Vallarta!

Our tour guide Joana was the kindest , funniest , and most accepting person ever. The food was all authentic and a 10/10 experience each time , savory and sweet foods at the end were all perfect , totally recommend!!

Miel was a great tour guide. She gave us the history of each food we got to try and the origins from which cultures brought the ingredients to Mexico. The food was authentic and delicious. Ceviche tostada, tamale and chilaquiles were our favorites. highly the tour and our guide.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Joana was AMAZING! We had such a fun time on our Vallarta Food Tour. She was warm, funny, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel more like exploring Puerto Vallarta with a really fun local friend than being on a tour.The food was fantastic, but Joana really made the day. We learned so much about the food, neighborhoods, culture, and history along the way, and she kept everything relaxed and entertaining.Come hungry and ask for Joana. You’ll eat incredibly well, laugh a lot, and leave with a whole new appreciation for Vallarta. Highly recommend!
