The street taco tour in old downtown was a must for taco lovers. Bernardo, our tour guide was amazing and really knows his history. He took us to some awesome places for tacos and beer and to see a Mariachi band. Great evening.

Had the best time! These are the sort of iconic moments that make a trip worth it, when you meet someone local who can show you a side of the town you would never discover on your own. Our guide Gio displayed expertise in everything, having a depth of knowledge not only for the food and drink, but of the history of the area both it's architecture and culture. Definitely something you should make a priority, gets you out of the malls and chain stores of the north bay to the more historic Romantic district. Great way to start your vacation too as he was full of recommendations and information on the rest of Puerto Vallarta.
