Bri, Coco and Alana were all helpful and charming. The drinks were delicious and well made. I think the music was too loud and off brand for a speak easy. TV also was showing a Harry Potter movie which was odd. Some atmosphere tweaks would go a long way.

Absolutely loved my experience at Society Lounge! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was vibrant yet relaxing—perfect for a night out. Really torn, a great Old Fashion! The service was some of the worst I’ve experienced in a speakeasy. Bartender was short, barely spoke, sure made a great drink but no follow-up… and you can’t even blame it being busy. There were 6 other people in the place. Would have spent a lot more but decided to go somewhere the staff likes what they do.

I had an amazing experience at Society Lounge. The cocktails were of good quality overall, but I waited at the bar for over 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me (bar was half full; not slammed.) For a standard cocktail and mocktail the bill was $37 before tip. Just a quick ‘we’ll be with you soon’ would have been appreciated, but 15 mins with nothing felt a little frustrating. If the music was a bit softer too it would better fit what otherwise was a cool vibe.

Cute speakeasy environment, complete with the “discrete” entrance and shtick. Bartenders know their stuff, so that speaks volumes. Great environment/atmosphere with couches and chairs and corner spots.

I visited Society Lounge mid December with two friends. We were greeted warmly, and the atmosphere was great! That is where the great experience ended. When the server presented us with the final tab we were given a lukewarm "Thank You". We had a total of 5 drinks between the three of us. I handed the server my card. I was not given a customer copy of our tab. I did however receive a bank notification of $125.28 charged to my card that evening!I notified Society Lounge that Sunday, less than 48 hours after the ridiculous charge to my account. To date I have contacted both Society Lounge and their parent company Hangry Brands via phone and email multiple times. I have not been given the courtesy of a response. Having worked in various restaurants over a two decade span in numerous positions, I understand the business. Employees get fired for altering credit card tips, some even have charges pressed. You have done zero!!!At this point Society Lounge should be embarrassed. You have ignored a valid complaint. I want the receipt I requested and every penny charged to my account returned. This is total garbage!
