Ben was so kind when I visited from Austin, TX. He honored my 10th planet membership and let me train on the mats without issue. Additionally, I felt safe in a gym full of boys, and as a woman in combat sports, that is priceless. Loved the atmosphere, the decor and it was cool to see some of his fights on the TVs at his gym. Go check it out for yourself if you’re ever in the area!

Blown away. In for a business trip, I drove an hour to train with Ben and man was it the right decision. "Coach Ben" is a phenomenal coach, and it's demonstrated by his room.Humble, intelligent, and still bad as ever, if you're in the Orlando area and you're not training here, you're making a big mistake. The room is full of all skill levels of training partners but they all know how to work with one another, which is the sign of a Coach who really knows what he's doing and has a real strong command of the room.The students are friendly, helpful, and talented. The facility is super clean, he even has defense wipes for his students which if you know expensive those are, it's a hidden value you don't even account for in a membership.Florida is full of churn and burn gyms, where they want your money and don't show you any attention until you actually start standing out. For the amount of personalized experience you get here, it's worth every penny.This is a 10th planet gym that also has muay thai instruction from one of the most lethal muay thai practitioners to ever enter the octagon. Anytime I find myself in the Central Florida area this is where i'll be training, and so shouldn't you.

Great no gi gym with a good mix of hobbyists and competitors so that everyone can find what they're looking for. Ben Saunders is a great coach and teaches pretty much every class, so the instruction is consistent and thorough. It's also very clean! Would recommend everyone at least drop in and check it out.

Great facility and even greater staff. I was visiting from out of town and everyone was very welcoming and they really cater to all levels no matter if you’re a beginner or a veteran everyone is welcomed and will get a great experience. I will definitely be back in the future.I also really liked the cleanliness of the gym, they do a great job!
