In 2020, we had an extreme emergency situation. I called Immediate Fire Protection and spoke with Jesse. He was wonderful. He came to the property immediately and walked us through the process. He was very professional, the work was exceptional, and the cost of the job was a fraction of what the other companies wanted to charge.Since that time, Immediate Fire Protection, now handles all our properties. Jesse's team, responds quickly and efficiently to all emergencies and scheduled work.Immediate Fire Protection has upgraded the fire alarm system which included replacing the mini horns in 124 units; they monitor our fire alarm systems; handles all annual and 5-year testing, ensuring that we are in compliance with LAFD, and this is just a few things that Immediate Fire Protection does for us. We never have to worry.We recently had a sprinkler head emergency in the middle of the night (1:15 am). Luis came out, shut off the water, fixed the sprinkler heads, refilled the line and assisted in sweeping massive amounts of water in the garage. He went above and beyond but this is what Immediate Fire Protection does for you; they go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of ASAP.Jesse and his staff are the consummate professionals. We had a huge water leak in our industrial building. Jesse came in for an inspection and came back with their detailed plan and the huge project began. Workers were always on time and very professional. Communication with the office was very easy as well. HIGHLY recommend to work with this company for any of your fire protection needs.
