Josh was fantastic, professional, friendly, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. Our property wasn’t the easiest to install in, but the team handled it like an absolute pro and had the entire ducted system installed in just one day.When they finished, the place was left spotless, it honestly looked like they had never even been there… except now we have an incredible air conditioning system keeping the house perfectly cool!The whole experience from start to finish was smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. I loved dealing with Paradise Air Conditioning.Ollie was really lovely to talk to and super helpful.The deposit was paid and the next day we had our install date (which was only a couple of weeks later). The day of the install came by and the tradesmen were immaculate, they had everything prepared and started work first thing in the morning. I didn’t get their names as I had to rush off to work, but they started around 7:30am and were finished by 2pm, super efficient.They explained everything to my stepdad, and they made sure we were well looked after.They cleaned up after themselves, quite thoroughly I might add, and there was nothing that I had to do when I got home except turn on my brand new ducted air conditioner and connect it to my phone.The system itself is amazing. We got the Daikin, with the AirTouch 5. Not going to lie, setting it up on our phones took a hot minute because on iPhone you need to log in using the ID number and default password, not the auto wifi, but using the app after that is super simple.It’s ice cold, my cat couldn’t even handle how cold my room was and burrowed under the blanket on my lap, and he’s not a lap cat.The unit itself is really quiet, can barely hear it at all when you’re standing directly under it.Their prices are also competitive, which was an added bonus.I would 100% recommend Paradise Air Conditioning to my family and friends, and would use them again if I ever needed to.
