The circulatory fan quit on our 20 year old Frigidaire refrigerator causing the refrigerator section to stop keep foods cold. Called Promix last Saturday morning and a technician named Shako arrived a few hours later. He determined right away what the problem was. Unfortunately he did not have the proper part in his truck. He ordered it and was able to install it on Monday. Because we had another stand up freezer in the basement we were able to transfer the frozen food.Definitely would call them again for an appliance repair and ask for Shako.
