I am so grateful to the team from Promix that recently serviced my washing machine. It is a full sized stackable unit that was installed by the builder in a space that was *very* difficult to access. I am honestly surprised that they were even able to complete the repair the way the machine was situated. They were so nice about it and were super accommodating. They completed the repair and, while they had the machines out, they changed the ventilation hose on my dryer so that it would be easier to access for any future repairs. Happy to give these guys 5 stars!!! They certainly earned it!!!
