Honestly, I was a little nervous calling a repair company — I've had bad experiences in the past where they either overcharge you or tell you the whole thing needs to be replaced. But these guys were different. They came out, took a look at my fridge, and just told me straight up what was wrong and what it would cost. No runaround. They fixed it, it works great, and I didn't feel taken advantage of. That means a lot these days. Would definitely use them again.
