Shako fixed insigna dryer great work

2026-09-23T16:17:09.532Z

The circulatory fan quit on our 20 year old Frigidaire refrigerator causing the refrigerator section to stop keep foods cold. Called Promix last Saturday morning and a technician named Shako arrived a few hours later. He determined right away what the problem was. Unfortunately he did not have the proper part in his truck. He ordered it and was able to install it on Monday. Because we had another stand up freezer in the basement we were able to transfer the frozen food.Definitely would call them again for an appliance repair and ask for Shako.Addendum: The part that was replaced by Shako a few weeks back stopped working. It was apparently defective and not the fault of the previous technician. So it happened on a Sunday. Called them Monday and sent another technician named Elnur out. He diagnosed it as the same issue. He ordered the part but didn't receive it till last Tuesday so he came early Wednesday and had it all put in and fixed within 20 minutes or so. He also helped readjust and refrigerator level to help the doors shut better. Again excellent service and response and deserves a 5+ stars!👍
