Having lost lots of hair my confidence was at an all time low. It’s so hard to come to terms with hair loss and thinning but I can honestly say the enhancers have made me feel like “ me” again. I came to the pop up in Glasgow. And I had an online consultation before coming to the appointment and had a hair topper custom matched to my hair colour. So my appointment was to be fitted for the hair piece. But when I came Kelsey the hair stylist and I felt that it married into my hair tones but wasn’t really achieving the look I was hoping to achieve. The piece was a half volume and although it worked while I still had my hair extensions in Kelsey felt that I would lose the volume at the back once those came out. Kelsey used her amazing skills and knowledge and found me a full volume hair topper in the most beautiful colour tones. Which I probably would never have picked myself. They actually suit better than my actual hair colour!! There was absolutely no pressure for me to buy the one that was customised and or to purchase the one we chose. Obviously once you agree on the colour and are happy with how the piece fits on your head the team ask you to sign to then have the piece cut to your face shape and hair style. Once they do this makes it harder for them to resale which makes sense. I can’t fault Kelsey, Lisa or her team. They make you feel a million dollars and there was something magical about being around people who experience the same things you do. They make a horrible situation a lot easier to live with. I was at no point in any of the process from the online consultation and in person meeting pressurised to buy the hair or any products they had available on the day. These people are here to help you with your journey and their desire to make people feel good shows from the second you meet them. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough.

I have been working with Lisa on my enhancer. It’s been a journey and couldn’t have picked a better company to work with. The first one that was made for me I wasn’t sure about the colours. Then Lisa took over and the piece and I saw it yesterday and looks perfect. it matches my own hair perfectly as the enhancer is for inbetween salon visits for colour. I was having to get this done every 6 weeks so this enhancer will pay for itself in no time. The most important thing for me was keeping it like my own hair so no one can tell the difference. My hair is also quite long around 18 inch so I’ve had a 18-20 inch made for me. Definitely recommend LH Enhancers.
