Choosing a hair enhancer felt like such a big decision, and I was quite nervous about getting it right, but Claire’s knowledge, patience, and honest advice made the whole process so much easier.She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, answered every question I had, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Instead of simply trying to sell me something, she genuinely wanted to find the right hair enhancer for me, and that’s exactly what she did.When it arrived, I was absolutely over the moon. The product is class but in all honesty what makes LH Enhancers what it is - is the team. From booking to consultation right through to after care and beyond. Attended belfast yesterday for my second piece and again I left as happy as I did the first time! The team take time to listen to you, offer reccomendations and ensure everything is perfect before you leave. I dealt with Raymond for my first purchase and then yesterday I was greeted by frankie who handed me over to Louise- what a lady, give me some wee hints and tips for my original piece then found me my new piece which I love. All the girls were lovely, Ellie and Sheridan.. full team effort but not a pushy sales pitch on both occasions.. I've no doubt won't be my last visit. I had a delightful hour with Louise who helped me find the exact colour match to my own hair. We talked through my expectations and I realised I want my own hair longer at the back so I can have an ‘up-do’ with my Enhanser on.My 70th birthday is coming up in February and that’s when I plan to get my Enhanser and be the belle of the ball for the big day.It was so lovely to feel the beautiful hairpieces, a million miles away from my own sparse locks at the moment.I would have no hesitation to recommend people to go in and talk to the ladies there. They are so understanding and helpful.

I came to the pop up event in Edinburgh for my second Enhancer. I love my first enhancer but felt I needed another option which I never thought I would have said. I met the wonderful Louise who is the mother to Kelsey how fitted my first enhancer. I honestly can’t express how special and amazing these ladies are. At no point during the consultation was I rushed. I got to try a few different styles and colours. My new enhancer is a different colour shade to my existing one as I felt if your going to own hair why not go for something your own natural hair could never achieve. I think this is the beauty of having enhancers you can have it styled and coloured however you like. You also don’t have to have one because you hair issues with your own natural hair. I can’t tell you how much time they save me daily. No more bad hair days. I thinks this company is amazing f at what they do. The team that help you find your perfect fit are truly angels. Louise and Kelsey are such beautiful souls that make you feel like your not alone your the priority and you walking out the place happy is their goal. I was so scared the first visit. This time I honestly walked out the happiest I ever have in anytime of life having had my hair done. I was so proud to walk out with my new enhancer. I have just purchased my 3rd hair enhancer and I am beyond delighted, is great to have a choice. My appointment was with Louise, who is just brilliant, so helpful and great fun also. Louise did a fabulous cut on my enhancer and the lovely Lisa did her signature wave at the end for a finishing touch. Absolutely chuffed to bits, can’t recommended highly enough!
