I did the jump start program at forge. I was very nervous about going to a gym but I had no need to worry. All the coaches were very helpful and supportive. I had a weekly check in with a coach and with Sarah the nutritionist. This was very beneficial and helped kick start my journey being held accountable has really helped keep me focused and kept me focused.

As a 22 year old who has never properly exercised before or enjoyed fitness, Forge Female Fitness has changed my perspective forever. They make each class fun, personalised and I have already noticed a huge difference in 6 weeks. I've been trying to find a gym, keep fit classes that fit around family, work and life. This is definitely it. The girls are brilliant, they listen, check in, address any worries. Also help with nutrition, nothing is any trouble.Great classes, morning and evening. Upper, lower, plate, also barbell. I've had a ball.

As a new member, I couldn’t feel more welcomed at Forge Gym. The atmosphere is supportive, encouraging, and genuinely fun—it really feels like you’re in safe hands.The instructors are attentive and take the time to personalise sessions, which makes a huge difference and helps build confidence.I haven’t been in a gym for over 20 years, so this was a big step for me, but I’m absolutely loving it. It feels great to be doing something positive to build my strength and improve my fitness again.

I decided to go for a trial with Forge shortly after Christmas and when the trial was over, decided to join up as a member. I have only positive things to say about Forge, the coaches are highly experienced, helpful, and have created a friendly, open and fun environment for us to work out in. They are on hand to offer friendly advice and to make sure that you are using the equipment correctly and to help you adjust your moves safely and correctly. Although I have been a swimmer for many years, I can't believe how much fitter and stronger I feel since joining Forge. I would thoroughly recommend!

I can honestly say that joining Forge has been the best decision I have made for my personal health and fitness in a long time 😊 Coaches are so welcoming, knowledgeable and supportive. I was a complete beginner - no experience of strength training at all. I now do 3 classes per week and love it. The gym is first class. Classes are challenging and fun with a great group of women. I have been at forge for nearly 4 months now and it's been great !All the coaches are super special they all have there own unique way of making it look easy and making you feel good 😃 classes are super enjoyable always work hard but yet having fun at the same time . I can't thank the members and coaches for making me feel so welcome.The overall vibe you get is friendly and everyone is very approachable and wants to help you not to mention the high energy and laughter we have along the way.I really love how the group classes are small but also you feel that you're getting a one-to-one hands-on experience with the all the coaches.The quality of care and safety which is provided is next to none from the amazing coaches, with all the different levels and skills that you specialise in and provide for us. The weekly check in or daily check in if you're struggling and the wrap around service is outstanding.That's what makes Forge so unique.

I was very nervous joining Forge as I've never done weights before, but the coaches and other ladies have been so welcoming and encouraging. This isn't an anonymous gym where you go in and do your routine and leave, as a newbie you are paired with other ladies who keep you right and you work together. The Coaches keep an eye on you and tailor the exercises for your ability. There are no mirrors, no posing, no negativity but lots of fun, effort and a feeling of community. The class times suit me and there's only a maximum of 12 in each so you don't get lost or forgotten. As the girls would say it's a tribe, but one that welcomes new members and I'm very grateful to have found a gym that I think I can stick at to improve my health and strength.

After three months attending classes at Forge Female Fitness, I can confidently say this is one of the best training environments I have experienced. The coaches are very good. Their knowledge of strength and conditioning, mechanics, and injury-aware programming is exceptional, but it is delivered without all the usual jargon.The programming is genuinely excellent. Sessions are structured, progressive, and adaptable, making them suitable for everyone, from those walking into a gym for the first time to those more experienced. Nobody is left behind, nobody is pushed recklessly, and everyone is challenged to their own level. It is clear the coaches care far more about long-term consistency.The gym itself is spotless. The equipment is well maintained, the space is organised, and the atmosphere is welcoming, supportive, and good fun. The sense of community was evident from my first week.Post injury, my confidence had dropped to zero and I had very much lost myself. Forge has played a huge role in restoring that confidence and getting me back to feeling like my old self, just stronger and with better technique. The coaches are caring, attentive, and consistently supportive, while still making you laugh when you are questioning why you signed up in the first place.In short, If you want to train properly, feel safe, and enjoy yourself while doing it, this is the place!

I joined Forge just over 3 months ago and was one of the best decisions I've ever made! I look forward to every class, rather than finding excuses not to go and love how the class sizes are small, but not too small that you feel you're 'on show' and how they are for ladies of all shapes and sizes.Their timetable and range of classes is excellent - great variety so there's something for everyone, but even within each class they tailor each move to your ability e.g. suggesting a weight that will push you but not hurt you, or offering an alternative to a move if you've got an injury etc.I have found my confidence since joining really improve, my mindset towards weight and nutrition change (for the good) and when I have my 'wobbles' (which I often do!) all of the coaches are there and on hand to listen, offer advice, encourage me or give me a kick up the bum (depending on what my wobble is!).I have tried PTs and gyms in the past but never stuck them out, but this place is just different. They "get" me and what makes me tick. If you're thinking about it, try them out! You'll not regret it :)

An amazing place with dedicated and knowledgeable coaches and their classes are well thought out, planned ahead and they progress over the weeks. There’s plenty of encouragement from both them and all the ladies around you and there’s such a friendly atmosphere. With Nutrition and mindful coaches as well, all bases are covered. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them and they’ll answer whatever questions you have. There are also regular podcasts to listen to on various topics that are both informative, interesting and entertaining! All in all it’s a fantastic place for training, with small class groups and ultimately plenty of training advice.

I’m 61 and joined Forge with the aim of getting healthier, stronger and fitter. I’ve joined gyms in the past but never was able to keep it up beyond a few weeks. Forge just isn’t like anything else - the support from the coaches is incredible. They know you and what you’re capable of and push you to be your best. The community of women at Forge are so friendly and encouraging and the banter is brilliant. It’s an amazing tribe of women supporting and encouraging each other and having a laugh along the way. I’m now 5 months in and find I’m arranging my week around my classes.I’m so happy I took the leap and joined Forge - best decision I made in years💜💜💜

I've been attending Forge for 6months now and just back from my 7am Upper body class. Hated any other gym I went to and never stayed more than 2-3 months previously. So what's the difference for me? Such a warm, supportive and welcoming gym (there's definitely not the intimidation factor of other gyms). Small classes, all normal women and all levels together (exercises are adapted/tailored according to each individual). Almost 1-1 coaching, with very individualised advice and feedback on your progress from very attentive, experienced coaches. Plus, the craic is great!
