I’ve been at forge taking part in the 30 day challenge and it has been such a great experience.As someone who was nervous to join a gym I was made to feel extremely welcomed from the very start. The coaches are super supportive and everyone is so friendly. Couldn’t recommend it enough!😊

I have been at forge for nearly 4 months now and it's been great !All the coaches are super special they all have there own unique way of making it look easy and making you feel good 😃 classes are super enjoyable always work hard but yet having fun at the same time . Ive met lots of great girls its just a really friendly and great place to be 😃

Hi GraceI’m really enjoying my time at forge, I was nervous walking through the doors for the first time.Within a couple of minutes, the feeling soon left me. I can't thank the members and coaches for making me feel so welcome.The overall vibe you get is friendly and everyone is very approachable and wants to help you not to mention the high energy and laughter we have along the way.I really love how the group classes are small but also you feel that you're getting a one-to-one hands-on experience with the all the coaches.The quality of care and safety which is provided is next to none from the amazing coaches, with all the different levels and skills that you specialise in and provide for us. The weekly check in or daily check in if you're struggling and the wrap around service is outstanding.That's what makes Forge so unique.

I was very nervous joining Forge as I've never done weights before, but the coaches and other ladies have been so welcoming and encouraging. This isn't an anonymous gym where you go in and do your routine and leave, as a newbie you are paired with other ladies who keep you right and you work together. The Coaches keep an eye on you and tailor the exercises for your ability. There are no mirrors, no posing, no negativity but lots of fun, effort and a feeling of community. The class times suit me and there's only a maximum of 12 in each so you don't get lost or forgotten. As the girls would say it's a tribe, but one that welcomes new members and I'm very grateful to have found a gym that I think I can stick at to improve my health and strength.

I have been with the gym for 2 and half months and have seen reslust quicker than i would have imagined thanks to the support of all the coaches. Its also really firendly and fun place to work out along side other women with simalar goals.

Fantastic gym with a great team of incredibly friendly and knowledgeable coaches who genuinely care about your progress. The training is well structured and motivating coupled with nutrition guidance creating a strong focus on overall well - being.Always a great welcoming and supportive atmosphere - I highly recommend.

So far, so good ! Not intimidating at all. Very helpful coaching. Not left to your own device. Small group and only female. Always given alternative options to an exercise that I’m unable to do due to previous injury.Appears to be an abundance of recipes and good, sensible, diet advice.

Fantastic, friendly, really great coaches,it's like one big family, ,I've noticed a big change in my fitness,and strength,in only 3 months. Forge Female Fitness is the best!! Classes are so good!
