After three months attending classes at Forge Female Fitness, I can confidently say this is one of the best training environments I have experienced. The coaches are very good. Their knowledge of strength and conditioning, mechanics, and injury-aware programming is exceptional, but it is delivered without all the usual jargon.The programming is genuinely excellent. Sessions are structured, progressive, and adaptable, making them suitable for everyone, from those walking into a gym for the first time to those more experienced. Nobody is left behind, nobody is pushed recklessly, and everyone is challenged to their own level. It is clear the coaches care far more about long-term consistency.The gym itself is spotless. The equipment is well maintained, the space is organised, and the atmosphere is welcoming, supportive, and good fun. The sense of community was evident from my first week.Post injury, my confidence had dropped to zero and I had very much lost myself. Forge has played a huge role in restoring that confidence and getting me back to feeling like my old self, just stronger and with better technique. The coaches are caring, attentive, and consistently supportive, while still making you laugh when you are questioning why you signed up in the first place.In short, If you want to train properly, feel safe, and enjoy yourself while doing it, this is the place!
