Had a lovely and informative experience with Tash who was absolutely amazing! Tash is a wonderful trainer who is very knowledgeable and friendly. Tash made the learning and practical experience so much fun from start to finish. Thank you so much Tash for giving us the encouragement and confidence to complete the course. I hope to see you again and have you as my trainer in future 10/10

Tash is an excellent teacher in teaching the CPR and First Aid courses. She communicates really well with the class and ensures that everyone has a complete understanding on what to do before moving on with the next topics.

I have updated my first aid and CPR here a few times now. Courses are always being run so it is easy to book a day that works for you. Sometimes the days feel a little long, but I think that is also common for these courses.

It was my first time for first aid training.. inside i was thinking would be boring or just have to appear for 6 hours.. but it was more than excellent.. specially the trainer . Never feel its a training.. it was like 6 hours adventure.. she is awsome

Had a great experience doing my first aid course at Parramatta Australian Training Institute! Our trainer Verity was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She made me feel really comfortable throughout the practical side of the course and was so supportive and understanding. There were only two of us in the class, and she worked really well with both of us. Would definitely recommend! 😊

Jon was bloody awesome. He taught through stories which will help me remember the finer details. He was most the most engaging delightful chap. I wasn't looking forward to the day but he energized the room. The day went quickly and I returned home with a 'smile on my dial'. Thank you AIT and Jon.
