The guys at The Parcel Store are brilliant. They have recently processed a big job for us, which involved picking, packing, postage, and preparing and posting letters through Royal Mail account, all to a tight deadline. It's a complex job and they have handled it exceptionally well - I'm really pleased. The thing that sets them apart is the level of care and attention they have given me - I don't feel like 'just another customer'. It's obvious that they really want to provide the best service possible and, in my opinion, they deliver on that (pun intended!)

The Parcel Store provide me with the option to use multiple couriers under one roof. They collect from me daily and I currently use 4 different services, Yodel, DHL, Evri, DX. It works for our business as we send a large variation of products with different ranges in weights and dimensions and we can use the most cost effective courier for each parcels requirements. The customer service is fantastic, we have one point of contact for all the couriers we use and The Parcel Store always go above and beyond to help. Having one bill is also a huge plus.
