I had some repairs done to my flat roof after discovering a leak, and I was really impressed with the service. Thomas came out very quickly after I called and took the time to show me photos and clearly explain what needed to be done. He then followed up with an email that included quotes and the photos, which I appreciated as it made everything very clear.When I called him again, he was happy to talk through the work in more detail. Because the leak needed urgent attention, he arranged to come out straight away to carry out the repairs.He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything tidy when the job was finished. I also liked that he didn’t ask for payment upfront — he sent the invoice by email after completing the work.Thomas was polite, knowledgeable, and even fixed a few additional things that needed attention while he was there. So far everything looks good. We’ll know for sure once the rain starts again, but I’m hopeful the leak is now sorted.Based on my experience, I’d definitely use Thomas again if I need any roofing work in the future.
