Paid for consultation and no one showed up/answered or contacted me back! Took my $ then never provided services. Beware-scam!

I had an appointment for my final treatment on May 3rd. I showed and noone was there. I called and texted multiple times. Noone ever replied back.

I emailed them called and even text them..Nothing until I sent a message being a smart a$$$!! I had a feeling they was trying to scam me or something.. Still to this day they have not called me to get my address or a call about anything asking how the medication was working or if I had any problems with it!!! Lucy sure knows how to play her part and convince you they are really there for you and this and that to get you to buy into this scheme!!! I blocked/locked my card from them trying to take any money from me!! I believe all these ppl who left reviews are family and friends of them!!! So find a real clinic with a doctor!!! Doctor wasn’t even there they called him and he spoke to me over the phone!! lol that should of been the first red flag!! But me being dumb and wanting to get help to lose weight I ignored all the red flags!!! Dnt come here!!!I’m replying to your comment since I can’t reply to you!!! Sir everything I have stated has been FACTS!! Yes you did call me once after I sent you that smart a$$$ text!! Prior to that I never got a call or text from you also you never replied to my EMAIL I sent you.. Not once did I ever speak to you about not being interested in the program so how did you speak to the ppl to stop my payments? Kinda funny that they just tried to charge my card again tonight!? Y’all do not care about anyone’s well being.. Where was all this Calling and being so involved with y’all patients like Lucy said? I had to call y’all for my Shots y’all didn’t tell me nothing!!! If I wanted a virtual Weightloss clinic I would have looked for an online one… I wanted a clinic that I can feel comfortable at and feel like they really cared about my health needs and wants!! Less
